  • Stay fit (Have interval workouts 3 times per week only and keep fit and active)
  • 5K (You will be able to run 5k in 8 weeks) -10K (Whether this is your first 10K or you're training for a better time our 8-week 10K training plan will help you achieve your goals)
  • Marathon (The marathon running workouts with gradual mileage increase will help you finish a big race)

** SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & DETAILS** Premium service gives access to advanced features of the app. Non-subscribed users will only be able to complete week 1 of the training programs. You may need to subscribe to our premium service if you wish to continue your workouts. • All iOS subscriptions can be managed within iTunes, you will be able to cancel or change your subscription settings there. • All the payments made through iTunes are controlled by Apple. • Your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase. • Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen package. • Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. • The app contains following subscription options:
